A chlorine-free semi-synthetic fluid with long service life. MicroSol 585XT is a semi-synthetic microemulsion coolant with high lubricity. Its formulation provides longer sump life and improved foam control compared with previous generations of semi-synthetic fluids. The product delivers excellent cooling and mechanical lubrication, along with the machine and equipment compatibility expected from a high-quality TRIM coolant. It is particularly suitable for machining and grinding grey cast iron, while also delivering very good performance in mixed-metal applications. MicroSol 585XT has also demonstrated outstanding machining performance with titanium alloys.
